Terms
aaguitars.se is handled by Andreas Andersson Åkerlund Hudiksvall, Sverige, info@aaguitars.se.
There is no minimum order limit considering articles and price. Price inlcude VAT. and are in SEK/Euro.
Shipping terms and cost of freight Europe wide
Shipments are usually handled by Postnord and their partners. Cost of freight is calculated dependent of products at purchase.
Delivery
Normally time of delivery is 2-8 days, but time may vary dependent of place of delivery, up to 11 days. We cannot guarantee that the time given, and will not leave any compensation for inconvenience that may happen.
Payments
We use Paypal Checkout solution, and the communication is handled through encrypted connection. No credit card information is stored on aaguitars.se.
When purchasing with creditcard you will be debited directly.
Cancellation of order
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel your order. Please send an email to info@aaguitars.se.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be able recieve full amount, the product need to be as new. The money will be returned within 2 days, after which we have recieved the product.
Get in touch with us at info@aaguitars.se before any return. We do not charge any return fee, but you pay for the return shipment of goods. You as a buyer are responsible for goods till it has returned to us, making sure it cannot get damaged during return shipment. You as out customer cannot charge us to redeem tha goods from Postal Office etc.

Complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.
Orders that are not collected
If you should not collect your order, we hold the right to charge you for any return shipping, cost of handling etc, at the moment € 9.
Personal data
You must complete all required fields to be able to make a purchase from us. A completed transaction is an agreement that you concent to the storing of your personal data. The data you supply are handled are treated by site owner in the form of data controller. The data will be used to full fill our duty towards you. In some cases we use your contact information to get you aware of new products etc., and in rare cases we share the data with existing partners for the same purpose, but we never share your data with a third part.
You have the right to get access to information about what personal data we store. To send you this information, we have the right to charge you € 5 as an administrative cost. If the information is incorrect, you have the right to have them adjusted accordingly, or if you which so deleted.
By making a purchase, you agree to accept a review email through a third part , which is not mandatory to fulfill, but much appreciated.
Reservations
We cannot be held responsible due to print errors and goods that are sold out. Nor can we be held responsible to ship goos that are marked with wrong pricing. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may come from the products found on this website.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever (including, without limitation, any direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information) resulting or arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use this website and the products within or any websites linked to it, or from your reliance on the information and material on this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.
